We review your Business X-Ray together. I'll help you read the map, inventory your existing digital assets, and pick the single highest-leverage process to automate. You'll leave knowing exactly what to build and why.

Call 02: Build Your First AI Workflow
We take that #1 process and build it. You'll create a working workflow in Claude Code, connect the MCPs you need, and see it produce real output. By the end of this call, you have something working.
WEEK 2: SHIP + EXPAND

Call 03: Ship Your First AI Employee
A working workflow is step one. Now we turn it into a real AI Employee โ€” adding agents, hooks, and automation so it runs reliably without hand-holding. This is where it goes from "cool demo" to "actual employee."

Call 04: Your AI Employee Works While You're Away
We set it up so it works while you're away โ€” in meetings, on a call, asleep. Then we map out 2-3 more builds that stack on what you just created. You'll leave with a roadmap for what's next.
